Fill PDF forms
Fill in a PDF's form fields and save the result.
To fill in a PDF's form fields:
- Open Fill PDF forms from the tools list.
- Drop your PDF, or Choose files / From library.
- The page appears with its fields outlined — you can fill them in right there, before running anything.
- Click Read form fields.
- DocuFlow reads the fields: "Loading form fields…", then either "This PDF has no form fields." or one control per field — a real checkbox for checkbox fields, a text box for every other type — already carrying what you typed on the preview.
- Tick Flatten if you want the values locked into the page so they can't be edited again.
- Click Fill form (busy: "Filling…").
- Click Download
<filename>.
What you'll see when it's done: the filled file is offered as a download button named after it.
If something goes wrong
"This PDF has no form fields." if there's nothing to fill in; otherwise, a failed fill shows the engine's own message under the button.
List-box fields aren't fillable here yet: a list-box shows as a plain text box, but typing into it doesn't change the file's real list-box value. Every other field type — text, checkboxes and the rest — fills in and saves normally.
