Utilities & Nepal

These tools don't touch an existing document — they generate something new. QR code and Barcode generate scannable codes; Bikram Sambat ⇄ AD converts dates; Nepali typing lets you type Nepali with an ordinary keyboard and turns old Preeti text into Unicode; Letter templates fills in an official letter — a Sifarish (सिफारिस) recommendation, a notice, a certificate — from a template your office keeps. QR code, Barcode, the date converter and Nepali typing run entirely on your device; Letter templates needs the online engine only to make a PDF and to save templates.

Before you start

No file to bring — you fill in a form and get a result. Nepali typing runs entirely on your device: nothing you type is sent anywhere. In Letter templates, Download PDF and Save to library need an internet connection; Print works offline.

Tips

  • QR code and Barcode never leave your browser and don't need a file — they're the fastest way to turn a short piece of information into something scannable.
  • Edit image on a QR code or barcode hands it straight to the image workspace if you want to resize it, add it to a page, or combine it with other images.
  • The Bikram Sambat ⇄ AD converter works in both directions from the same page — change either calendar and the other follows.
  • The two Sifarish samples are example wording — make a copy and put in your office's own text before sending a letter for real.
  • If pop-ups are blocked, Print won't be able to open its window — allow pop-ups for DocuFlow and try again.
  • Print works even without an internet connection — use it if Download PDF and Save to library are unavailable.
  • The digits toggle only changes the letter number and date — it doesn't change how dates or numbers appear elsewhere in the letter's text (choose that per field in the builder, with Write it as).
  • Not sure what a "Show only if…" part will say? Change the Sample values beside the builder's preview and watch the letter change.
