N-up layout

Lay multiple pages out on each printed sheet.

To lay several pages out on each printed sheet:

  1. Open N-up layout from the tools list.
  2. Drop your PDF — the editor opens on the Changes tab with Page layout already turned on, "Pages per sheet" selected.
  3. Choose Pages per sheet (2, 4, 6, 9 or 16), Sheet orientation (Portrait (tall) or Landscape (wide)), and optionally tick Draw a border around each page.
  4. Click Export.

What you'll see when it's done: a line above the layout reads e.g. "Puts 4 pages on each sheet — 12 pages become 3 sheets.", and the canvas shows the sheets laid out as they'll print. With nothing else turned on, Export reads Arrange pages & download (& save on desktop).
