Image to SVG

Traces a logo, icon or drawing into scalable vector shapes.

To trace a picture into an SVG:

1. Open Image to SVG and add your picture. This opens Convert images with SVG (scalable vector) already chosen under Convert to.
2. Choose Colours — fewer colours give simpler shapes, and 2 is black and white.
3. Choose Detail — Low ("Smooth shapes; specks and noise are removed."), Medium ("A good balance for most logos and drawings.") or High ("Keeps fine lines and small features.").
4. Select Convert images.

You'll see the note: "Photos come out as flat colour shapes; logos, icons and drawings convert best." — a real photo rarely traces well; this works best on logos, icons and simple drawings.

What you'll see when it's done: the traced SVG file, ready to download.
